Real Cutlist Optimizer is provided free of charge, as-is, for calculating sheet-goods cutting layouts. You're welcome to use it for personal or commercial projects without restriction.

No warranty

Cutting layouts, waste estimates, and cost estimates produced by this tool are calculated automatically and provided for planning purposes. Always verify measurements, kerf, and material quantities before cutting. We are not liable for material loss, project errors, or other damages resulting from use of this tool.

Your data

Project data you enter stays in your browser and is not stored on our servers, so we have no ability to recover lost projects. Use the Save Project feature to keep a backup file if a project matters to you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
